What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, subject and message. There is no account system and no tracking beyond the standard access log kept by our hosting provider.

Why we keep it

To reply to you, and to keep a record of volunteer and partnership enquiries. Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone outside the organisation.

Photographs

Photographs on this site were taken at public programmes. If you appear in one and would like it removed, write to us and we will take it down.

Removing your details

Email us at wildbipsabihar@gmail.com and we will delete your enquiry from our records.

Cookies

This site sets one session cookie so the contact form can protect itself against automated submissions. It expires when you close the browser.
